Was not BAER tested before 12 months
Was BAER tested at 5 years of age. Bilateral, deaf in left ear and almost lost all hearing in the right ear.
Additional information:
Suspected something was wrong at 3-4 years of age, when he really started to be a challenge when working sheep and not responding properly in obedience training. When his brother went deaf at 5 years and had an MR scan, they didn't explain why he had lost his hearing. We decided to do a BAER test for Yoda to see if there was any hearing loss too.
With the history and nothing else to explain it, Yoda was diagnosed with EOD.
